Cookeville Boat Dock Independence Day Fireworks (Center Hill Lake) 

• Saturday, July 4th, starting at approximately 9:00 PM.

• Arrive by boat or vehicle before 8:00 PM for parking. 

Fishlipz Firework Show

• Saturday, July 4th, with fireworks starting at dark.

• The restaurant opens at 3 PM, with live music all weekend.

WakeFest 2026 

• Friday, July 17th and Saturday, July 18th. 

• Pates Ford Marina area, Center Hill Lake.

• One of the lake's biggest summer weekends, featuring a high-energy, competitive wakeboarding tournament, live music, and massive boat-tie-ups for spectators on the water. 

• If you plan to attend WakeFest without your own boat, they strongly recommend reserving a pontoon or boat rental well in advance. Marinas and rental companies often sell out for this weekend. 

Southern Sunrise Live at Hurricane Marina 

• Saturday, July 25th, from 7 PM – 10 PM. 

• Hurricane Marina (Floating Mill Road, Silver Point). 

• Live outdoor music event right on the water at Center Hill Lake.
